Overheard on a train

A little while ago on a train home from work I was sitting near two people that looked to be around 19 or 20 having a seemingly normal conversation. My ears pricked up a little when I heard the following:

Quote:
Curious Girl: Do you think nuns masturbate?

Uncomfortable Boy: Um ... [long pause] I'm sure they probably do.

CG: Is it some kind of sin?

UB: Probably. But then again so is pedophilia.

Quite the odd conversation, but it's apparently something that some people are wondering about.

And it seems the "myth of the pedophile priest" thing is still going strong.

Conversation I heard last week on the tram between two English girls.

Girl 1: I went and saw the Dr.

Girl 2: What happened?

Girl 1: He gave me some medication

Girl 2: What about your boyfriend?

Girl 1: Dr. said that if I had it, there is no doubt he would have it too.

Lets just say that I moved as far away as I could....

Ha ha - classic. Did you happen to get a number?

I gotta stop reading books and start listening in on train convos... sounds like i'm missing out on some interesting stories!

When I overhear such conversations I find it impossible to concentrate on my book again and can't stop listening in.

It gets annoying - because so many questions are unanswered. Were these two a couple? And why did nuns masturbating get into her head?
